At Homme.London, every piece is meticulously crafted to order by our artisans. We begin processing orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. While we understand that circumstances may change, the bespoke nature of our work necessitates a specific cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Window (Grace Period)
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it.
This grace period allows you time to review your order details before we allocate materials and the crafting process begins in our atelier.
2. Cancellations After the 24-Hour Window
If you request a cancellation after the initial 24-hour grace period has passed, the policy depends on the nature of your order:
A. Personalized and Bespoke Items
Personalized items include any product that has been uniquely customized for you (e.g., monogrammed, custom color combinations, or specific design adjustments).
Once the 24-hour window has closed, we typically commence the crafting process, which may involve cutting the leather or applying personalization. Due to the unique and irreversible nature of customization, we cannot accept cancellations for personalized or bespoke items after the initial 24 hours. These items are considered Final Sale once the grace period expires.
We strongly advise reviewing all personalization details (spelling, sizing, colors) thoroughly before confirming your order.
B. Non-Personalized Items
For standard items ordered without any customization:
Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Before Shipment: If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
